Articulate 360 Team Analytics

In the Articulate Team administration site there is an option to download seat information, including the last login time for each seat.

Is there any other analytics data?

    Hi DaveGale,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Currently, Articulate 360 team owners can see the following team information in their management console:

    • Team name
    • Subscription number: a unique reference number for your current subscription (ex. SUB-#### or ART-####)
    • Subscription renewal date
    • Account owner
    • Seats tab
    • Admins tab

    What types of analytics data would be helpful to you? I'm happy to share with our product team!

    Thank you for your reply.

    Analytics such as seat changeover history and seat login history would provide useful data to ensure we have the an adequate number of seats allocated to the correct staff.
