Articulate AI Assistant & OpenAI tech

I read the following statement regarding underlying tech for Articulate's AI Assistant FAQs:
What AI technology is Articulate AI built on?
AI Assistant uses OpenAI and AI Video uses ElevenLabs for their underlying technology. As the AI landscape evolves, we're constantly reviewing performance and efficiency. That means we might use other subprocessors in the future. You can always check out our subprocessors page for the latest information.
I'm curious, when designers use Articulate's AI Assistant, because Articulate is leveraging OpenAI as the underlying tech, what we enter in prompts - for images, knowledge check, assessment generation - is that information available to OpenAI/saved in their environment on any level?
For certain secure industries like Financial, etc., I'm curious whether the prompts & inputs designers provide when using your AI Assistant become available to OpenAI, based on this underlying tech usage / connection to OpenAI.

Thanks for reaching out! I completely understand the importance of security when working with secure industries. I can confirm that Articulate has a zero data retention policy with our AI subprocessors, including OpenAI. This means that any data you input is not stored or logged by OpenAI.
- I'd like to call out some additional details from our AI Security and Privacy document:
- Data Privacy: Customer data is not used for AI training purposes. Once the AI processes your input, the data is promptly deleted from our servers and those of our subprocessors.
- Security Standards: We comply with high-security standards, including CCPA, GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701, ensuring your data is handled with the utmost care.
