Hello! As I understood, AI would be launching in September, but we don't seem to have access to anything yet. Is the launch later in September? Is there a specific date, I wasn't able to find anything on the Article about AI. TIA.

Hi CarmenWaterman ! We're excited, too, and if you're ready, I can enable the trial in your subscription today! The message you're seeing is you opted in for the trial, but it's not yet on. We've been rolling it out to folks throughout the week, but if the account owner/admin (you!) asks, we can turn it on a bit early.
Give it a couple of minutes, and then refresh Rise 360. You'll also be prompted to download a Storyline 360 update.
Yes and thank you so very much. I spend most of my days creating course content and updating it in Rise 360. I am so excited about this and recently tested Invideo AI for creating training videos. In addition in my personal non-work time I have been using Midjourney for a year. I am so glad Articulate has seen how AI can support course creators.
I am account owner also, can I have this turned on earlier for my team to start the trial?
Hi AshleyT-Pollard, My department is strongly considering upgrading to the new AI Assistant. Our account admin enabled the features, but nobody on our team can see the new features within Storyline. We did reach out to your support teams but haven't heard back yet. Is there something we are missing or any assistance you can provide? Thank you.
Hi LeaMathieson-9c ! The AI Assistant trial will be turned on for all Articulate 360 subscriptions no later than tomorrow (Tuesday, Sept 24th!). Apologies I missed this week when I could have manually enabled it. Not to worry, you'll still get the full 3 weeks of a trial starting tomorrow.
Hey, JasonEdelman-24 ! I looked for a case for you or your team and didn't find it right away. Do you have the case # that came in the autoresponse upon submission? It could be that you're in the same boat as others where it simply wasn't enabled yet, but it'll be available by tomorrow. Keep me posted if you don't see it or are having any other trouble.
