Thanks for sharing a detailed description of the issue you're facing. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are all of your Storyline 360 installations up to date?
- Can you replicate the issue with any image, or is the issue specific to a particular image file?
Since the issue isn't present when the course is published on one of your machines, there's a possibility that the issue is installation-related. As a troubleshooting step, try repairing the Storyline 360 installations on the affected computers to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
