I can say it is definitely real. I had an hour long Skype with Articulate today about some issues I had with the beta. Most of which were all me not using it properly. They are very focused on turning out a quality product and were keen to help me with my project and the software. They also listened patiently to wishlist
Agree with James, Articulate are listening, Storyline will change the rapid elearning world!
