Articulate Player with Amazon AWS

Recently I have been unable to connect iPad to Storyline modules using Dropbox.  I have switched to Amazon AWS and everything is setup, but over my head as to what to do next.  Anyone have steps to...

Tom,

Have reset every permission I can find on both Cloudberry and AWS3.  I cannot get the file to play.  I know it works, since I can click the file from my computer and it plays beautifully.  When I move it to AWS3 using Cloudberry, the file doesn't play.  What am I missing?  I am totally frustrated.
