Articulate Replay video issue
Hi,
I've uploaded a video file (2GB) to replay and can save the project however when I try to re-open it I encounter the following error messages and the file won't open.
This happened about two weeks ago and I was initially able to re-open the programme after making edits. I have also successfully created a number of new replay files in the meantime and have uninstalled and re-installed Replay a couple of times.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate you reaching out and letting us know you're experiencing the same behavior as Tom.
- Just to confirm, when uploading a video and relaunching Replay, are you receiving the same error message as Tom or something different?
I want to confirm our colleague Phil has logged this behavior as a possible software bug. We'll share any updates in this thread so everyone is in the loop.
As a workaround, you can try re-encoding your video to make it less than 2GB with a tool like Handbrake. If you exceed 2GB in total by using multiple videos under 2GB, the issue will not happen.
