Articulate Review collaboration
Hi everyone!
I wanted to share that we just released Team Folders for Review 360! You can now create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content and assign permissions. This also includes allowing multiple authors to publish new versions of the content you shared in these folders for better collaboration.

Hi Lauren,
Following up on this. I've just published a Rise course to review for someone else to review and add comments but I can't see it in my review dashboard to put it into a team folder. I want to be able to 'Publish a new version of an existing item' once I've made my post review amends - how do I do this please? I'm a Manager on this particular Rise course.
Hi TomGriffin-c0ab,
I'm happy to help!
When published to Review 360, a course will first show in your Private folder. From there, you can move it to the Teams folder. I understand you're a manager of this particular course. Has the course owner checked their Review 360 dashboard? If this is the first time the course is published, they'll want to move the course to the Teams folder and confirm you have access to the folder. You should then see the option to make edits and publish a new version.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need help!

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for the response but the course doesn't show in my private folder. I expect this is because I'm not the owner? If so that's far from ideal. If the owner of the course isn't available how can I view the review course, or make amends and update the review course ensuring comments remain visible from the previous version?

Hi TomGriffin-c0ab!
Great to see Kelly has been helping you!
The behavior you're experiencing is expected for Managers of Team Folders in Review 360. A course Manager falls under the collaborator role, and does not own the content. If a course Manager publishes a course, it will only show up on the course Owner's dashboard.
The only way to work around this, and access the course (as a Manager) is to have the course Owner send you a copy. After receiving the copy, when you publish a new version of an existing course to Review 360, comments from earlier versions will remain.
