Articulate Review Notification Issue

Hello, 

My colleague and I have noticed that we are not receiving e-mail notifications from Articulate review when our clients are leaving comments. This issue seems to occur when the notification frequency setting is set to "hourly". Once we changed the setting to "instantly", we received all the notifications we didn't get previously all in one e-mail. Additionally, we tested the "instant" notification to see if it works properly and it does. We did not test the "daily" option. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
