Given that you uploaded your course to your LMS and shared it with your clients, and only one of them reported the issue, there's a strong possibility that this issue is isolated to that client's network settings. Please have them work with their network team to resolve the problem - they may need to add "cdn.embedly.com" to their network's allowlist.
