From an outsiders perspective, it's probably fine to do. There are a couple of considerations worth noting but at the end of the day, I would think this is easier then getting IT involved and hosting it elsewhere:
- You are relying on Articulate to serve this content. They have great reliability so no real concern there.
- You are always showing the latest version. This could be good or bad. The downside is that if you are ever work-in-progress on changes, people will see that live with you. Could be a great thing but could also be in "draft" and not ideal. Depending on your content, this might not matter much.
- It shouldn't ever change, but it could. Since you don't control this hosting, Articulate could decide to change the nature of these share URLs. This again, is very low risk as this will probably never happen, especially without backwards compatibility from them.
Those are my thoughts on the "risk" but to me, the reward well outweighs the risk!
