Articulate Rise Won't Load
Is anybody else experiencing this problem? My Rise course won't load and gets caught in on the "course loading" screen. My colleague is having a similar issue.
Anyone else?

Rise not loading stuck in loop

Sorry you're getting stuck! All systems are operational on our end. What web browser are you using to access rise.articulate.com? Do you notice an improvement if you close and reopen the browser window?
I have the same problem, I've cleared my cache and my history, but the course still won't load. This course does have a storyline component. I am able to open my other course.
Hi Isabel! Which browser and browser versions have you tried? Could you please check if you're using the latest browser version and try using that browser's Safe Mode/Incognito mode?

Rise was working fine until last night but is not loading today...
Also please clarify is there a problem opening rise on mac?
There was a problem a few hours ago, but it's working now for me.

I have the same problem. My RISE is not working since yesterday. It takes 15-20 mins to login and after login no course is opening. Course is only loading and after sometime it shows timeout.
Hi Monaal! Have you tried using a different browser to view your course? You can also try clearing your browser cache. Here's how. Let us know if that doesn't help and we'll take a closer look!

On January 12, 2022, I am having issues where Rise cannot upload my lessons or shared courses. I attached an image to display the error message. Could anyone assist me in resolving this bug?
