I apologize if we've caused any confusion. I was re-reading what you've shared here and it looks like you are only experiencing an issue with the Storyline 2 output, but not Storyline 3. Is that correct?
If so, based on the information Ashley shared above regarding Edge Chromium, our recommendation would be to upgrade your content to Storyline 3 so that it works as expected.
