Articulate Storyline and "Print slide" function
What could be the problem, when I try to use the "Print Slide" function to print the certificate, at the moment of printing, instead of printing one page, one blank page is also printed?

Great question! I understand that when printing a certificate using the Print Slide feature a blank second page is included in the print. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening!
Sometimes a second page will be added if the image you're printing interferes with the margins. Try centering the certificate on the second slide. Then try printing again.

It's not the size of the sliders, I have tried to make the certificate very small, the problem still remains.I also did an experiment - created a completely new project with 1 slide (slide size 4:3 (720x540)), put a button on it, gave it a function to print this slide. After publishing the project and trying it out, it printed 2 pages (the first one with the button and the second one with an additional page).

I did a quick test on my end and this seems to have removed the additional blank page that appears when you attempt to print a slide.

I understand that this guide means I need to change the printer settings? Unfortunately this solution is not suitable as I am going to use this project for an e-course where participants can save themselves a pdf/printout of the certificate of completion.

I'm happy to help troubleshoot this issue! I ran some tests, and my sample file with a print button that prints slide 1.2 returns one page. Here's a peek at my results:
Can you share your Storyline file with us so we can look at what you have set up? I'm curious about the aspect ratio of the second slide and whether it affects the number of pages. You may also share it with us privately by sending it along here. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
