I have the same issue with completion tracking. 10-20% of users can show proof that they completed the requirements but don't receive completion credit. Also with Totara. The LMS team claims they can't do anything about it. Will try to add timeout function inside the course. Thanks!

How would you add a timeout function inside the course? I would be interested to see how this would work.
