Could it be a timing issue?
I feel there is some kind of conflicts between js and SL triggers. We can say maybe there's not enough time for sending data to google sheet before the course closed. But how can we explain why can't it send data and also open email in the same slide?
Hi Joanne. Would you be willing to work with our support team so we can find out what should be supported in this setup? While we provided limited JavaScript help, I want to be sure there isn't a bug with combining the JS and Storyline triggers.
