Assessment not progressing to final module

Hi, I have developed an assessment that should continue to the final module once you have scored 100%.  I have tested it multiple times and the Continue button does not appear even though my Settings look correctly configured (attached).  Any advice is appreciated.

    I saw your post earlier and have been thinking about your puzzler. Here is an idea.

    Set the Continue button to appear at a passing score of 95%, not 100%. Sometimes the calculations in different programs have different programming conditions that we end users know nothing about; so setting it 100% may actually be telling the triggers to fire at 100.0001% (or whatever). 

    I would also be sure you clear your browser cache, and that the behavior is consistent for every browser you test in. If it is, then I would open a support case and see if one of The Experts can assist.
