My comment isn't going to help you cost-wise, but it's still worth responding.
My primary resource for images is AdobeStock, which I get with my Adobe Creative Cloud license. I get a huge range of photos via the 'free' image search.
My image backup is Shutterstock. We have a monthly license and I use it whenever Adobe comes up short.
