Attestation
Some of our courses require an Attestation where someone agrees they read and understand the content. When they click "accept" it date and time stamps it.
My old LMS had one built in that you could attach to the course but my new one doesn't seem to. I'm looking for alternatives to build it into the course. Does Storyline or Rise have a prebuilt slide that would act as an attestation? I've looked thru quizzes, interactions and closings and haven't found anything.
Has anyone else had to do this and have any suggestions?
Thanks
Rosemary
There are no pre-built slides but easy enough to do.
Rise: see video
- Create a single checkbox list item
- Insert a continue button and lock it until interaction above is completed

Thanks for your quick response. I appreciate the assistance.
Storyline:
There are a lot of ways to do this, the video covers one easy way.

Hi all! We've used the Checkbox block in Rise in year's past, but in testing this year we realized that the learner can uncheck the box and still click continue. Is there a way to require that the checkbox be selected in order for the learner to click continue (as opposed to having been interacted with)?
If you need more strict control you could use a Storyline block with a variable.
