It sounds like some of the learners viewing your Storyline 360 course were experiencing issues with audio playback. I'd be happy to help!
I just had a follow-up question first:
- Are the affected course viewers using a different browser than those who are able to view the course without an issue?
Also, if you would be willing to share the project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case I'd be happy to test it out on my end to see if I can reproduce the same behavior. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
