Audio Bug: Sound Not Autoplaying

I have a bug in a course wherein the audio for the first slide does not kick in unless the user clicks somewhere on the screen.

The audio on the second slide plays because the user has clicked "next" from the first slide. The audio on the first slide plays correctly if the user clicks back to the first slide from the second slide, however when the user is first opening the course and viewing the first slide for the first time, the sound does not play.

Any ideas?

That's not a bug in the Articulate software. It's how browsers work. Here's more info (the URL says "Videos," but the article also applies to audio): https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-and-Studio-Videos-Don-t-Autoplay-When-Slides-Advance-Automatically

I have a bug in a course wherein the audio for the first slide does not kick in unless the user clicks somewhere on the screen.

The audio on the second slide plays because the user has clicked \"next\" from the first slide. The audio on the first slide plays correctly if the user clicks back to the first slide from the second slide, however when the user is first opening the course and viewing the first slide for the first time, the sound does not play.

Any ideas?
