Audio clips (narrations) are playing on the wrong slide(s)

I've been working with this project for a while, now all of a sudden my narrations are mixed up on several slides.  They are correct in the timeline but I guess Storyline is disregarding the timelin...

Hi Lisa,

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this as well. Have you tried importing your project into a new file, as mentioned above? You can do this by opening a blank Storyline file, go to File->Import->Storyline.

    Thanks! I did try that...didn't work - in fact it didn't even import anything. I tried a slew of things and ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the program and it appears to have resolved itself.

        Well I am submitting a support case because it happened again today for no reason. Everything worked fine. Then I publish and wrong audio plays on wrong slides.
