Audio clips (narrations) are playing on the wrong slide(s)

I recently am having the same issue again.  I have worked on 3 different courses and it is a very random occurrence.  In one slide I had 5 layers each with audio.  I initially reloaded all of the individual audio files when the slide played the incorrect audio in preview and published.  I previewed, and it was correct, so I published again.  The audio files were again not correct after publishing.  I then loaded each file, saved the course, closed the software, reopened the software and previewed after each change to ensure each audio file was correctly mapped.  This process affected 4 of the 39 slides in the training content and cost me 1/2 a day in my time.  It appears this issue goes back many years, yet we are still having the issue?  I have the most updated software.  Please have your engineers fix this issue with the software!
