Audio clips (narrations) are playing on the wrong slide(s)
This is still going on. I have tried all the above suggestions. Sometimes it works for a short time, but I keep getting two slides with the wrong audio. You would think in nearly a decade, this would have been resolved. I installed Storyline 3 7 months ago. All the updates should have been included by now. This is very frustrating! No, I cannot use 360. No, I cannot send you my project. My work is company confidential and cannot be shared. I'm not doing anything odd or special. I'm just attaching audio to a slide. I haven't had the problem in earlier projects, but once this issue started, it won't go away.
Hi Thomas!
I understand how frustrating this must be! It's helpful to know this occurs as soon as you publish. The quickest way to receive support when these types of issues arise is through a support case. I've submitted a case on your behalf so that you can work with our Technical Support Engineers directly.

Hi,
Thank you for this response. I tried opening a ticket, but the web form told me it couldn’t verify me, so thank you for submitting on my behalf.
A little more since: I tried importing the entire project into a new story and it looked fine until I published again. Same slides with the same issue.
I created a new story shell. Published it. In the original story, I removed all audio. I also re-ran all the audio through a text to speech program on AWS. Imported the slides. Published again. Then placed all the audio. Published again and it all seems to be working. That was a lot of work, but gives you another clue, perhaps.
Thank you.
