Audio Delay When Published But Not When Previewed
I have a slide with audio that should begin playing when the timeline on the slide begins. When I preview the slide, it works as it should. When I publish the course, the audio is delayed by 10-15 s...

After weeks of troubleshooting, I think I may have found a solution. Hopefully someone else can confirm or challenge this.
Yesterday I was testing on 9 computers and one of them was replaced recently. Our eLearning had no delay on the new device. Old devices have 8GB of memory and the new one has 16GB. Of course they have different CPU's. It would be great if anyone else can test on a device with at least 16GB of ram and under the same conditions. Hopefully we can get this issue sorted.
