Audio Desync / Loading
Hello everyone!
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 118, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for:
- Slides with audio didn’t always play as expected.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help.
I installed the most current Storyline update and i'm still having audio delays on my timeline. Even when testing locally. My ai audio starts on .5 of the timeline and works when i preview the single slide. If i preview the entire course, i get audio delays and issues occur. The audio that is suppose to start at .5 now starts around the 1.5 - 2 second mark. What is the fix for this?
Even after the update mentioned above I am still having audio de-sync problems. I have a major project that I can't delay any longer, so my workaround was to create a single audio file in Audition that fills the timeline. It's been a pain, but at least I know I'm not going to have audio clips overlapping.

Thanks for jumping in and sharing what you’re experiencing, NicholeSande365. I’m glad combining the audio into a single file is keeping your project moving, though I understand that adds extra work to your workflow.
Since you’re still seeing the audio desync after updating Storyline 360, we’d like to investigate this further. If you’re able to share a copy of your Storyline file with us through a support case, our team can test the behavior and take a closer look at what’s happening.
