Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 118, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for:
- Slides with audio didn’t always play as expected.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I installed the most current Storyline update and i'm still having audio delays on my timeline. Even when testing locally. My ai audio starts on .5 of the timeline and works when i preview the single slide. If i preview the entire course, i get audio delays and issues occur. The audio that is suppose to start at .5 now starts around the 1.5 - 2 second mark. What is the fix for this?

Thanks for following up and letting us know you’re still experiencing the audio delay after updating Storyline 360. The difference you’re seeing between previewing a single slide and previewing the entire course is especially helpful context.
Since this is continuing on the latest update, we’d like to take a closer look. Could you share a copy of your Storyline file with us through a support case? If you can also include the Storyline 360 version you’re currently using, our team can test the file and investigate what’s causing the audio to start later than expected.
