Audio does not play

Hi all,

I have an MP3 file uploaded to my Rise 360 eLearning. It works fine in preview, review & in the back end build mode. 

However, when i publish it to our LMS the audio does not play for me or other users. The play button i there but nothing happens, it does not move and no sound.

I have tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome. A colleague also tried Safari. 

I also tried deleting cookies & cache.

Nothing works.

Any guidance is welcome!
