Audio doesn't play in this video when I publish to Review

Sorry to hear that audio from your Storyline project isn't playing back as expected!

Thank you for sharing your file. I was able to replicate the same behavior, when publishing your course to Review 360 and viewing the published output with Google Chrome. However, after clicking the 'Replay' button on the Storyline Player, the background audio did begin to play.

Interestingly, I could not replicate the same issue when testing with Mozilla Firefox. I'd like our support engineers to have a closer look at this issue, so I've opened a support case on your behalf. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with them, and they should be connecting with you via e-mail shortly.

I have another similar situation. I have a video (mp4) that I want to insert into Rise and I don't want it to autoplay because it starts playing before the learner gets to that block. So, I put the video into a SL file, turned off  the auto-play setting, added a slide before the slide with the video. On that first slide, I have a textbox the learner clicks to advance to the slide with the video.

Here's what happens:

When you click the SLide 1 to slide 2 button, it advances to the video. However, it displays with only the pause button active. If I click the Play button, within a half a second, it reverts back to pause.
