Audio doesn't play (sometimes)

I appreciate you sharing what you are experiencing and letting us know that you are using the latest version of Storyline 360.
It sounds like this is happening while you are still creating your project, or is this happening after publishing?
If it's happening while creating your project, here are my initial thoughts on possible causes:
- Work exclusively in the Parallels Windows environment with your software, files, and assets (such as audio)?
- The file path for files and assets: Be sure that you are well under the 260-character limit imposed by Microsoft Windows. (The publishing process adds characters to the file path you selected. If it exceeds 260 characters, your published output will be incomplete.)
