Audio doesn't play (sometimes)
I have a course with audio. Has been playing fine during preview and then when I publish it sometimes the audio plays and sometimes it doesn't.

slide 1.20 is the only slide, where you are using trigger ... Pause timeline, ... Resume timeline
this will probably cause the problem with the audio and "Publish to Video"
