Audio file does not play
I'm looking for a workaround, for this situation. I have a "dummy/blank" slide (to avoid the large play button) and then it goes to the real slide, but it won't play the audio unless the user click...
I have an MP3 audio file. Before I insert it into an interactive Timeline block, it plays and has sound. After I upload it into the block, it plays but has no sound.
Does anyone know why?

Thanks for reaching out! I tested this on my end and was unable to replicate this behavior in a Timeline Block.
- What environment are you playing the audio within the Timeline Block?
- I'm curious if you're experiencing this when editing, previewing your course, or viewing your course in a published output!
- Can you successfully hear the sound playing when inserting the MP3 file into an Audio Block?
- Do you experience this behavior with other MP3 files or just this one?
It would be helpful to take a closer look at your MP3 file and a screen recording of this behavior. You can share in this thread or privately in a support case.
