Audio files cut out - before publishing AND after - Storyline 3
For a few months now, I see an audio issue -- randomly -- where audio just cuts out somewhere random during the play back.

What's the resolution here? I keep reading of the same issue (for years), but no solution offered. Have we figured out why this is happening?
I've imported mp3 files to storyline 360 and each one cuts out after 3-4 seconds.
Hi there, Beth. We haven't identified a single widespread issue with inserting .mp3 files, so I'd like us to have a look at your specific setup.
