Audio files cut out - before publishing AND after - Storyline 3
For a few months now, I see an audio issue -- randomly -- where audio just cuts out somewhere random during the play back.

Hi there, Beth. We haven't identified a single widespread issue with inserting .mp3 files, so I'd like us to have a look at your specific setup.
With your permission, I can take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
