Audio in layers not playing when revisiting

I am experiencing this issue as well, has anyone found a solution to this issue?

      I am having the same or similar problem: When a button is selected the audio on the associated layer plays just fine. But if you click on it a second time -- nothing. If you click a different button and then return to the first one, the audio plays - just not if it is clicked twice in succession. 

      All layers ( and base layer) are set to "Reset to Initial State". Is this a known bug?
