Audio Input for Labeled Graphic in RISE 360 is non functional

I am not a new user; I'm trying to upload a very small audio clip to a Labeled Graphic in RISE utilizing the markers function, however, whenever I attempt to upload an .mp3 file (file size 39.kb) it spins (processing audio) but doesn't upload the clip. Has anyone encountered this issue?

    Hi James,

    I successfully uploaded a MP3 to a Labeled Graphic card a few minutes ago.
