Audio is cut Off First Second of Storyline Courses

I got this report from several users in my company.

Storyline courses are workin fine without audio problems on my computer. So I can't test or debug the problem.

I've been told that it is not a bluetooth problem since users are experiencing the problem when using wired headphones. Our software is kept up2date via special software on all computers.

This problem was reported here in this forum for some time right now and I would highly appricate if Articulate could come up with some general hints and tipps or even a solution regarding this problem.

By the way: It's working fine on my computer so I don't think it's a problem with my computer, the Articulate Suite installation or my hardware. I can't even reproduce the bug :-(

    Mainly seen this in bluetooth headsets, is it only happening with people with headsets may be a driver issue. My rule would be if it is everyone, it is likely an Articulate issues if it is individuals it is a machine issue.

    Hi Phil,

    yep, I think it's a machine poblem, too.

    I really like to know what it could be.

    Otherwise IT will probably tell me that it is a problem with my online course.
