Audio Issue (working on preview but does not play when published)

The audio plays just fine in preview mode, but when published to Articulate 360 online or Scrom, the audio does not play. It play only when I click to replay button on player. I have updated 360, but...

    Happy to help!

    The behavior you're running into is a limitation of most modern browsers, which prevents audio from automatically playing unless a viewer interacts with the slide. This behavior is described in this official Google post. As a workaround, you can introduce a button on the very first slide of your course that requires learners to interact with the content to allow the audio on the second slide to play automatically. Here's an edited version of your course so you can see the workaround in action.

I have also opened a ticket. It started a few months back - I've never had this issue before maybe April? I've noticed a lot of Articulate updates since then. This is a big problem for me - I need those eLearnings to work ASAP. 

Testing: 

  • Chrome, incognito window - SCORM - Audio randomly doesn't work in LMS
  • Review 360 - worked fine - this isn't a SCORM file, though, right? I publish it directly to Review 360

Is there something happening in the publishing of the SCORM?

Is it a Chrome issue?
