Audio Mute / Unmute Ctrl Alt M

For some reason, I cannot enter Ctrl+Alt+M in the title above.  Regardless... Our elearning assets are loaded in Cornerstone.  When checked for accessibility, Ctrl+Alt+M would only work on the cur...
