Audio not as clear when using screen record
I'm using a microphone when recording my modules and the sound is very clear but when I use screen record the audio is not very good and you can hear static after it is published. Is there a way to correct that?
Thank you
Patricia

Hi Patricia!
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing audio issues after publishing your course. I have a few questions in order to better assist you:
- Are you using an external microphone to conduct your recording or just using the built-in mic within your laptop/desktop?
- Are you utilizing Peek 360 for your screen recordings or the Record Screen feature within Storyline 360?
- If you are in Storyline you will need to change the microphone from the computer microphone to your external microphone. I've created a quick Peek screen recording to show you how to troubleshoot within Storyline 360.
I hope this helps!

Thank you so much. I do use an external microphone so will give it a try.
