Audio not pausing

Thanks for your message! I double checked and I have the controls turned on. The strange thing is that this only happens in slide 4.3 within the layers, still it shouldn't be happening. I have attached the file here, would love some help to resolve it. Thanks!

the pause/play button cannot pause/play layer timelines
this is particularly noticeable with audio
