Audio Plays in Audio Editor, but cuts out in Preview and after Publishing
Hello,
A coworker recorded audio for all slides in a Storyline project. The audio plays fine in the audio editor, but on almost every slide, it cuts off after a few seconds. There are no triggers, buttons, or anything like that on the slide. This is pretty much just a PowerPoint with audio done in Storyline project.
He recorded it in SL 1 and I opened it an made some slide edits in SL2 (we do this a lot), so I would prefer not to ask him to re-record. Any ideas, please? I haven't run into this issue before.

I had a similar issue with a slide in a Storyline 360 file. I followed Joe's advice to resolve the problem: I opened the audio on the slide in the audio editor, let it play through and then closed the editor, but I DID save the changes. The audio was encoded again without issues when previewing it and the published version worked fine. Thanks, Joe!
