Audio recordings no longer appearing

I've been making edits to a few courses, and as of an hour ago, any audio recordings included in the courses are no longer appearing/playing. This is happening in every course I view with recordings,...

    Hi Everyone!

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading audio to Rise 360!

    I can confirm we had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused the inability to upload audio files, or create audio recordings, in Audio Blocks.

    I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

I see that you've also connected with my colleague, Carlo through a support case. As he shared, we had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused the inability to upload audio files, or create audio recordings, in Audio Blocks.

I'm happy to highlight that we just released a new update for Rise 360, which fixes the issue you were running into. There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
