Audio recordings on Rise 360 are sped up - don't know how to change it

I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- How are you creating your recordings? Are you using Rise 360's built-in recording feature in the audio block?
- Does the issue affect the audio files you upload, or is it strictly specific to audio recordings?
- Have you tried testing the behavior on other browsers? How about in your browser's private/incognito mode?
If all of the recordings you make are affected, and the behavior isn't browser-specific, please share a copy of your Rise 360 course by opening a case with our support team so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
