Audio recordings no longer appearing
I've been making edits to a few courses, and as of an hour ago, any audio recordings included in the courses are no longer appearing/playing. This is happening in every course I view with recordings, including ones I was editing earlier today that seemed normal.
I still downloaded the SCORM to see if it was just an issue on Rise itself, but there was no recording after uploading to Docebo either. I've tried clearing my browsing history and going on incognito mode and it's still an issue. I've attached some screenshots of what I'm seeing. Thanks so much for your help!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading audio to Rise 360!
I can confirm we had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused the inability to upload audio files, or create audio recordings, in Audio Blocks.
I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

This is happening to me as well. I was just about to share a course draft with someone for review but noticed the audio isn't playing on that course and older ones I've added audio to.

This is happening to me as well. I am building a new lesson, and can't seem to get an audio file to upload. I came here to find out if I'm doing something wrong.

It's happening to our team as well. We create courses for the State of New Jersey, and noticed it in many of the courses we are currently working on.

I see that you've also connected with my colleague, Carlo through a support case. As he shared, we had this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused the inability to upload audio files, or create audio recordings, in Audio Blocks.
