Audio restart when clicking in timeline REVIEW360

Hello everybody,

I experienced lately a problem in Review360. The player is set up correctly with search and fast-forward function. But when I want to jump to another time on a slide in Review360 the visual appearence is correct but the audio narration starts from the beginning. 

Like, I jump to 30 seconds and everything is displayed correctly but the audio starts with "Hello and welcome..." for example. In the past this did not happen and a change of browser did also not solve the issue.

Any ideas?

    Hi 

    Sometimes recent updates cause erratic audio behavior when using layers or jump-to-time triggers.

    try some of the following: 

    Make sure you're using the latest version of Storyline 360, as updates often include fixes for known issues.

    After updating, republish your course to Review 360 to see if the issue persists.Articulate Community+3LinkedIn+3Articulate Community+3

    If the problem continues try testing the course in different browsers or on different devices to determine if the issue is environment-specific. You may have to contact Articulate support.
