Review360 continues to reset

I'm reviewing a course and every time I come back to review it I have to go through each lesson and pass all knowledge checks. As it is not saving where I left off. What feature needs to be enabled/disabled for this not to continue to happen during the review process?

  • The "resume where you left off" function works when a course is published for and presented in an LMS/LRS. The LMS/LRS tracks each user and stores the data needed to resume a course.

Otherwise (like in Review), it might occasionally resume, depending on one's browser and security settings. But it's not reliable.

I usually switch a course to Free navigation when it's going to be in Review 360. And, if it uses a custom menu, I add the built-in Menu as a Player tab. Messaging to the reviewers makes clear that this is only for their convenience, and that the final course will have restricted navigation. They still have to complete required interactions when they need to view that type of slide. Otherwise, they can jump around as needed, so they don't have to finish in one session.
