Audio sync problem
Hi,
we are experiencing synchronization problems between audio and object animations, on a course uploaded to our LMS platform (Rustici). This happens in all situations where there is a loss of focus on the course: when I switch browser windows, when I launch a lightbox, and also when I pause the course, the screen audio, instead of pausing, start over. While the video animations follow the "pause", this generates an out of sync.
However, it does not happen if there are video files in the screens.
Hi Francesca, make sure that the slide property is set resume saved upon revisit. So if you navigate to the next slide while the audio on the current slide is playing, then return back to this slide the audio starts playing from that particular point. Kindly let me know if this helps..

Slide properties are correct. The issue does not occur when i see my course
in local or in SCORM CLOUD (so i guess is not a problem of settings), it
just occurs when upload and see the course on my LMS platform (by RUSTICI).
I can't resolve it, have you some suggests?
