Audio track suddenly offset

Hello everyone,

I have integrated videos with sound in my articulate-rise-lessons.
I previously created these in a video editing program (Camtasia) and then exported them as .mp4.

While editing the lesson, the video runs flawlessly when tested.
Even if I just watch the .mp4 separately.

However, as soon as I share the finished lesson with my team externally via a link, suddenly the audio track no longer fits. This is fatal, because in the video a mouse click should exactly coincide with the matching click sound.

Does anyone know the problem and has a tip for me?

Thank you and best regards from Hamburg, Germany,
Christiane

  • Hi Christiane! Sorry to hear that your video and sound isn't in sync when you shared your course with your team. Did you use the Rise share link to share the course, or did you publish it and uploaded it to a web server?

Would you be able to share the video file with us? You can share it privately here. One of our technical support engineers will be happy to troubleshoot the issue.
