Audio volume too low when published in Articulate Review

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear you're also at this roadblock, Janine.
I'm happy to work closely with you to sort what's happening with the audio. A few questions to help us dig deeper:
- Have you tried increasing the Audio Quality Settings when publishing to see if that makes a difference?
- What browser(s) are you using to view the published output?
- Would you mind sharing a slide or two with me so? I'll run some tests in a similar environment, and will delete it after troubleshooting. You can send that Storyline file to me privately in a case here.
